        1.For imported cars and motorcycles, the consignee can apply to the customs for issuance of certificates, supplemented by China's electronic port system, and submit specific data about cars and motorcycles。

  Details include product number, product name, specification model, power supply type, engine number/motor number, exhaust/motor power, vehicle identification number, color, country of origin, date of delivery;The specific data of motorcycles include item number, product name, specification model, engine number, displacement, vehicle identification number, color, country of origin and factory date。

  2.After going through the formalities for the release of the goods import, it may apply for the issuance of a certificate to the vehicles and motorcycles that meet the conditions for issuance。

  If the time limit for acceptance is overdue, the customs will not accept the application。

  Under any of the following circumstances, the consignee or his agent may apply to the customs of the place of origin for a replacement, and submit a written application to explain the import of the original goods and the issuance of the Certificate, and explain the reasons:

  (a) the reissue of information is wrong, resulting in the content of the certificate is inconsistent with the actual imported car or motorcycle information;

  (2) cancelling the processing of the customs declaration for some reason, causing the contents to be inconsistent with the actual situation;

  (c) Due to other reasons, the original certificate needs to be replaced。

  The consignee or the certificate shall, within three years from the date of issuance of the certificate, apply to the Customs。

  After examination and approval, the customs of the original place shall withdraw the original certificate and use the certificate system to void the certificate。

  If the original certificate needs to be modified, the customs shall return the certificate data, and the consignee or its agent shall re-issue the certificate in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the issuance of the certificate. If no modification is required, the Customs shall revoke the original certificate and re-issue it。

  Supplement Import Certificate of Goods (Automobile, Motorcycle)。

  If the certificate of imported cars and motorcycles is lost for some reason, the current legal owner can apply to the customs of the original place to replace it, and submit the following materials:

  (1) In the written application, the legal source of the vehicle and the document, the time, place and procedure of loss should be truthfully stated;Where an agent is appointed, a power of attorney with clear agency authority shall be issued;

  (2) The consignee is the business unit of the original import goods declaration。The consignee or its agent shall provide a copy of the original import document, and other applicants shall provide the purchase order, contract, agreement or other legal proof;

  (3) the acceptance certificate reported missing by the public security department;

  (4) a declaration of loss published in a provincial newspaper;

  (5) If the applicant is a legal person or other non-legal person, a business license should be provided.Copy of organization code certificate or similar certification materials;If the applicant is a natural person, an ID card must be provided。When the client goes through the procedures for reissuance, he shall also provide the power of attorney and the identity certificate of the client;

  (6) Other materials deemed necessary by the Customs。

  After receiving the application, the customs broker shall verify the issuance of the original import facts and certificates, and verify the licensing information with the public security department。In case of doubt, the Customs shall issue a replacement certificate to the applicant。
